Charles Chestnutt
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chestnutt has extensive experience directing the operations and finances of high-tech companies. Prior to IQinVision, he served for 10 years as Vice President, Controller, and Vice President of Product Management for Proxima Corporation, a leading manufacturer of multimedia projectors. At Proxima, Mr. Chestnutt implemented business systems and processes that were instrumental in enabling Proxima to grow to over $150 million in annual sales. He also held the positions of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Rokenbok Toy Company, where he played a key role in growing the company from a start-up to over $10 million in sales.

Rob Ledenko
Executive Vice President and VP Sales and Marketing

Mr. Ledenko joined IQinVision in 2011, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the security industry as a sales and business development leader. His career spans such leading companies as ICXT, Cohu, GE, and TYCO/ADT Federal systems. Mr. Ledenko has wide experience in developing and managing sales and channel organizations that provide integrated security solutions for hardware and software, business intelligence, and complex applications to a worldwide customer base. In addition to his experience at large corporations, Mr. Ledenko brings a strong track record of launching several highly successful start-up sales teams.
